Uppsala BIO is an independent body working to strengthen the long term competitiveness and growth of the life science sector. Our main focus is on increasing the flow of innovations departing from expressed needs in healthcare and society.  We bring together the universities, companies, healthcare, and society who also help us formulate and perform our activities.

WHY WE JOIN TERM

The TERM area is one of the areas where research and development can make a dramatic change to many patients’ lives. But many challenges must be overcome, not only in science. Uppsala BIO hopes to help advance the TERM area by developing some of its experiences from connecting needs in healthcare with academic research and linking industrial experiences in cooperation with the TERM project partners.
